Not at all! Often stages of a project are delivered in pieces because the nursery can’t fill orders all at once or because there are many moving parts to a large construction project - we’re more than happy to split our time and resources over multiple visits over weeks / months to suit your needs.
Our process begins with a thorough site assessment - whether physical or through reviewing emailed landscape plans, which we then use to develop a tailored planting plan. Our scope of works quote outlines a comprehensive breakdown of unit costs of services (such as labour, plant price and quantity of planting works), timeline of completion and we apply any discounts across larger projects (>$10,000).
Upon the delivery of plants, we aim to install all native plants within a short span of time to ensure maximum survival rates— we deal with all stock of nursery plants from viro/hiko cells, tubestock, potted species, or large stock trees. Our teams are equipped to handle additional planting specs, such as mulch, river rock, aquatic planting or fertiliser.
Post‑installation, we ensure the plants have the greatest chances of survival, so provide installation of watering systems, support structures such as stakes and hessian ties, and hire a dedicated maintenance team to conduct regular visits for watering, pruning, and replanting.
We offer comprehensive support through dedicated accounts managers, customer service emails, and 24/7 support line on top of scheduled on-site visits. All of our planting projects have organised on-site check‑ins with supervisors, quality-checkers and admin support, so you always have a reliable point of contact from start to finish.
